Each session will guide you on a playful journey of self-exploration, where you can strengthen your connection with yourself, others, and the spiritual.

Who is this course for?
For all people who want to use dance and movement as a tool for connection and self-knowledge! It doesn't matter your age, experience level, or physical condition. The only requirement is to be willing to open yourself up to new experiences and connect with your inner self.
